Most HR software is written for the specialist at a desk. We started from the other end: the phone of the person working at the hotel, on the site, in the warehouse. The admin panel runs on the real records that come from there.
No biometrics
We never use fingerprints or face recognition; attendance runs on QR and location checks, so the KVKK burden of biometric data never arises.
